  1. Return and Exchange Period
    You have 30 days from the date you receive your items to request a return or exchange. If you contact us more than 30 days after receiving your package, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

    To ensure a smooth return process, please verify that your items meet the following conditions:
    Items must remain in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
    Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags, instruction manuals, and accessories intact.
    Personal hygiene items (such as towels) that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective.

    Ship Back the Items: Please package the items securely and ship them to our designated return address. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking services to ensure the safe delivery of your package.
